韩国现在有个综艺节目，叫《非首脑会谈》，韩剧社综艺栏目找得到资源。

里面邀请了11个国家的在韩国的青年（会韩语），讨论各种当下的问题。

其中就有个人说了，比利时的，他们那里也不结婚，但是同居和结婚都受一样的法律约束

It looks like LMJ  is the one who is being isolated, and not LBH!!! He is still holding strong foot hole, at least for the time being.

针对李秉宪被勒索50亿事件，律师给予了进一步说明。

14日播出的MBC《Section TV演艺通讯》中，再次公开了有关"李秉宪被勒索50亿事件"。近期，勒索女李某主张："其实与李秉宪是恋人关系，但因为李秉宪通报分手，所以拿着视频向李秉宪要求了50亿。"

李秉宪经纪公司BH娱乐在《Section TV演艺通讯》的采访中说明："6月末在饭桌上通过相关人士介绍见过一次，俩人根本没有单独见过面，但不知道为什么会那么说。李秉宪Xi了解到嫌疑人经济困难等其他意图，因而陈述'不要再联系了'，却歪曲了事实。"

并且，相关人士还表示："受害者和加害者方面陈述一致，因而加害者被拘留。但她们给予这种对应，只能认为这是带着避开判处重刑的意图找茬。"

对此，一位律师表示："即使是偶发性犯罪行为，但其本身不会成为减刑因素。若是计划性犯罪行为，反而会加重刑法。若确定是计划性罪行，无法逃脱判处重刑。"

接着，律师还说道："即使李某的主张是事实，但如果损害了李秉宪名誉，那么损害名誉罪就会成立。"

Interesting!!! BTW, LBH is no Bill Clinton or Jackie Chan. LMJ is no Hillary Clinton or LFJ. Nevertheless, it will cause LBH some reputational scratches, but I bet, this bastard will be like Bill and Jackie and retain his supporters, and become even more popular. This event will turn out to be an interesting interlude of his life. Instead, the spring chickens will be like Monika Lewinsky, suffering in silent for the rest of their lifes.

我觉得最不可思议的是损毁名誉

要真是有婚外情，就算只是光盖被聊天了

女方也没有说假话，自己毁的名誉到底哪里来的脸说要告别人毁损名誉啊

The key now is with LMJ. If there are evidence to prove that they did "it", LMJ can use the piece of information to her advantage. As I recalled in Jackie's case, when the story unfold, he admitted that he is the father, and willing to pay his wife 50% of his asset. In the case of Hillary, she negotiated to have Bill supporting her to run for presidency.

I guess, the most respected one is Jet Li. His ex-wife and his two daughters got all his assets, and he starts from zero again. But, in the case of LBH, I strongly suspected that he would be like most of the Hollywood stars i.e signed a prenuptial with LMJ. To be fair to him, he did finance LMJ many flopped projects, and through him LMJ has received many CFs. Hence, I do not think even with the evidence of him having an affair with multiple spring chickens, LMJ will get much monetary benefits from him.

The two spring chickens are cooked. Providing evidence of having an affair with this bastard will only be a mitigating factor for the case. If LBH can redefine "it" better than Bill Clinton during his impeachment, than he can set a precedent and a role model for many Korean men.
