Thanks to her stellar performance in the television drama, "Story of a Mermaid," actress Jang Seo-hee skyrocketed to stardom. For a while she cruised the Korean Wave in China, making appearances on Chinese TV, but now she's back in Korea and ready to roll.
It's been five years since she played the role of Ariyoung in the TV drama, "Story of a Mermaid." Since then, Jang Seo-hee has been acting both in Korea and abroad. Recently, she took a break from working in China and returned to her motherland.
Jang Seo-hee is dreaming of sweet revenge in the new TV drama "My Wife and Temptation." It's been a while since her fans last saw her, and they're welcoming her back with open arms, hoping for the return of another Ariyoung.
Her extensive acting resume in Korea didn't stop just there- she continued with new shows in China, having been cast as the leading character in a Chinese TV drama. As luck would have it, her popularity soared with her newfound Chinese fans.
It's been 20 years since her debut. Jang Seo-hee was able to successfully avoid the child-actor jinx, and has enjoyed steady popularity thanks to the love and support of her loyal fans. She says that she's grateful for her fans who keep her focused on her career.
