No one is jumping into conclusion. All information is factual. Your Oppa went to a woman's apt, he had had sexual intercourse with het. She claimed it is a rapr. She went to hospital to have forensic evidence gathered. There are cctv footages, and may be cctv footages inside the apt when the alleged rape took place. Easy case to proof or to pin down your Oppa if the woman's allegations are substantiated with clear and convincing evidence. She does not have to proof beyond reasonable doubt to pin down your Oppa. Jail term, may be 2, 5 or 8 years.

Even he managed to clear the rape allegstion, his reputation is tinted. Very soon, all his CFs will be withdrawn or discontinued with penalty. He is back to square one, with no solid background, and family support, mediocre acting ability, weak fan-based, he can be replaced easily, and wiped out completely in no time.
