Projects by Korean-American director Grace LEE and Taiwanese actor/director LEE Kang-sheng will share the top award bestowed by the 7th Pusan Promotion Plan (PPP).- f0 H2 W Q9 O- X

More important than the awards, the PPP also offered a chance for the selected filmmakers to meet with prospective financiers and buyers from throughout the world to discuss co-operation.% Z0 c1 y2 m% G& _
) m! ^ P: W0 }2 r3 g The PPP also organized a parallel Industry Center for Asian sales companies, which saw several deals concluded, including the sale of melodrama "A Moment To Remember" to Japan’s Gaga for a record minimum guarantee. Sales agent Catherine PARK of CJ Entertainment noted that the film, which was sold on the basis of a 23-minute highlight reel, is based on a Japanese TV drama. e5 `5 [5 b( W% k7 ]" s6 Z' z# w
