关于IRIS2目前为止几个问题的解释

1. Can I watch it without watching season 1?
-Yes, you can.
They provide all the explanation necessary. But if you want, you can watch a
movie version of Iris1 which will take you two hours. But there should be no
problem understanding if you just understand that NSS is a South Korean
national security institution and IRIS is a group that wants a war between
North and South Korea.
1. 我可以不看IRIS直接看IRIS2吗?
-可以。剧组在IRIS2中已经介绍了所有必要的背景。不过如果你想看，可以看IRIS1的电影版（时长约2个小时）。但其实你只要明白NSS是南韩的国家***，而IRIS是一个想挑起南北韩战争的组织即可。
2. Why do they have NSS logos on helicopters and cars when it is a secret institution?
-NSS is not a secret institution anymore. The narration in the beginning tells us that NSS was a secret institution until 2009. Now it is an official institution. Public may know little about it, but it see***ike it is not all that shadowy like in season1 anymore.
2. 既然NSS是一个秘密机构，为什么直升机和汽车上都打了NSS的Logo？
-NSS已经不再是一个秘密机构。IRIS2一开始的旁白就告诉我们，NSS在2009年以后就不再是一个秘密机构。现在它是一个官方机构。公众也许对它仍然了解甚少，但它已经不再是像第一部那样的影子机构。
3. Black clothes on the snow??
-Yeah, I know, that's awkward... It turns out that actually they had white clothes and white tape for the guns all ready for filming. But when they started filming, the director felt they didn't have good picture...they couldn't identify the actors well. So they all changed into black clothes and re-filmed. That's the part
that they compromised reality for visual effects.
3. 雪地穿黑衣？？
-没错，我明白，这个有点尴尬…但事实情况是剧组在拍摄前准备了白色的衣服以及包裹枪支的白色绷带。但开始拍摄之后，导演觉得画面不到位…画面上不能分辨出演员。所以他们又将全套衣服换成黑色重新拍摄。这是他们为了视觉效果对真实情况做的妥协。
4. Toy guns?
-Stupid fake gun controversy. The toy gun was used in season1 (can't blame. it was first blockbuster action drama in Korea, they didn't have enough investments) and was never broadcasted in Iris2. Currently Iris2 is borrowing real guns from police for all main/supporting actors. Only extras are using fake guns, but they are not identifiable on screen in the first place.
4. 玩具枪？
-愚蠢的假枪争议。玩具枪是在第一部里被使用的（不能责怪他们，因为那是韩国电视剧史上第一部动作大片，投资有限），并且该画面从未在IRIS2中播出过。IRIS2为剧中所有主角、配角从警方处借出真枪。只有群众演员使用的是假枪，但是在画面中是根本分辨不出来的。
5. What's the relationship with YG(Jang Hyuk) and SY(Dae Hae)?
-They are already in romantic relationship. Don't exactly know when it started, but they knew each other from when they were young and naturally started dating each other.
***YG's mentor is NOT SY's dad!!*** I was confused at first too, since young YG, SY and YG's mentor appeared together in one scene, but they never said that YG's mentor was SY's dad. SY's dad who speaks with YG over phone has different voice. And also, YG's mentor's last name is Ha (according to official website) while SY's last name is Ji.
5. 有建（张赫饰）和秀妍（李多海饰）是什么关系？
-他们已经是恋人。不是很清楚这段关系是什么时候开始的，但是两人自幼相识，估计之后自然就开始交往。
***有建的导师并不是秀妍的父亲！！*** 一开始我也有点困惑，因为有建、秀妍以及有建的导师三个人在同一个画面出现，但剧情确实从未说过有建的导师是秀妍的父亲。跟有建通电话的秀妍父亲是另一个声音。而且有建的导师姓河（根据官网资料），而秀妍的父亲姓池。
6. Why don't they use guns in the very first fight scene between YG and gun traffickers?
-Those traffickers didn't have any bullets, and YG knew about it that why he could just get in there alone. Why didn't they have bullets? Cuz they're hard to get..in Korea, it is not natural for even the criminals to have usable guns. I've seen in other dramas too, the drug dealers and many other criminals don't really use
guns..they just fight each other with knives and bats, or run away if police
comes.
6. 为什么第一场戏，有建和枪贩之间不直接用枪解决？
-因为那些枪贩的枪里没有子弹，而有建正是知道了这一点所以他才只身前往。为什么他们没有子弹？因为在韩国是很难获得子弹的，甚至罪犯使用枪支都是非常罕见的情况。我在别的电视剧中也看到过，毒贩以及其它很多罪犯都不使用枪支，而只是用刀和棒球棒互殴，**一来就跑。
7. NSS see***ess...intense.
-True. Baeksan mentions that NSS is not supposed to be a mundane institution that just censors internet and catches traffickers(who don't even have guns, as shown in #6), but that's what NSS has turned into. They said IRIS hasn't shown any movements in 3 years, and that period without any danger probably has weakened NSS's tension. I mean, even YG who's a team leader is clueless about Baeksan or nuclear
weapons. I think that also explains why NSS training was...so....vacation-like
(not that i didn't like the swimming pool scene, lol).
7. NSS好像…有些…松懈
-是的。白山有提到NSS不该是一个平凡的机构，整天审查网络或者抓捕走私贩（不带枪，参见#6），但NSS确实是发展成了这样。剧中提到IRIS已经3年都没有任何动作，甚至连身为组长的有建都对白山或者核武器一无所知。我想这也解释了为什么NSS的训练…那么像…度假的感觉（当然这不表示我不喜欢游泳池的场景,^^）
8. Why is JW helping Iris?
-It's more like helping YH. Altho he said no, I think he's personally worried about YH. About why Iris needs JW, I'm not sure. I think it's not Iris that needs help, it's YH who personally wants JW's help.
8. 为什么刘中元会帮IRIS？
-这不如说是帮妍华。尽管他嘴上不答应，但我觉得他其实是担心妍华的个人安危。至于为什么IRIS需要中元，我也不确定。我觉得需要中元帮助的不是IRIS，而是妍华本人。
9. Which side is Baeksan on?
-Dunno. Definitely not completely on Iris's side, since he escaped from them. But about his deeper intentions, we'll figure out later.
9. 白山属于哪一边？
-不知道。但肯定不是完全站在IRIS一边，因为他从他们手中逃了出来。但不清楚他更深层的目的，应该在以后的剧集里会明白。 |
