这种两个人之间的关系，除非证据实足，否则法庭很难辨别！

我说法庭定罪要证据，
不是报案说什么就可以定什么的！

What we need is one courages actress who is willing to come forward to allege that she is raped by Bastard Shit, then, we have a home run. Given the Korean society, I think it will take lots of courage for an actress to come forward.

The only facts remain are that
1. Bastard Shit had had sexual intercourse with 4 separate "hookers"
2. The rape took place after mid night inside a toilet
3. Bastard Shit had had the sexual intercourse with at least two "hookers" while he is on leave of absence from his military service
4. His father is death, no more backer to talk to the secret society or reciprocal face giving be granted to him

Why worry, focus on present. Forget about the future. BTW, the police has beefed up the number of investigators in Bastard Shit case from 5 to 7. With the supporting staff, we are looking at at least 40 police personnel are working on the case. I suspect, the coverage involved more than 4 police stations.

嗯，我尽量解释给你听，
首先判断是否性侵，对一般人和夜店女是一样的，
需要提供性侵的证据，也就是被强迫性交的证据。
所以我并没有说一般人是性侵，夜店女就是就是敲一笔。
对夜店女来说收钱卖身是工作，
她性交后收不到钱，她还有老鸨，老鸨可不是吃素的。
收不到钱她为什么当时不告强暴？
艺人的名声就是金钱，
这是地球人都知道的事情了吧？

Agreed with you 100%. Money should be able to solve everything. But, there is a natural law of justice. Look at Michael Jackson, he does not have peace of mind. This in turn has shorten his life. Hence, the natural justice equation is very prudent, Micael Jackson paid for it using his quality life expectancy. The same rules will apply to various Bastards in Korea entertainment industry. At the end, all has to die, but whether you die in peace or you die with worries and agonies. Natural law of justice is fair after all.
