Min Joo's feelings toward Joon Sung:

During the first few episodes, she did not like both of the men. She would get upset if Suk Jin was not nice to her. But, she always gave Joon Sung mean looks when he was with her. Later, her feelings toward them improved. Her 眼神 to Suk Jin and the way how she looked at Suk Jin's back were always full of deep feelings. However, she had never done anything like that to Joon Sun.

In episode 13, her best friend realized Min Joo did not know about 奎成's plan to get into politics and 奎成' s adoption of a baby. Her friend asked Min Joo then what did she know about Joon Sung. Min Joo replied that Joon Sung was a handsome man, had a good education and came from a wealthy family. (I was so disappointed that that's all she told her friend. Did she forget that while she and Joon Sung were in a ferry crossing the river, he told her that he had a sister living in America? Did she also forget that he told her he loved playing music?)

PART 5

Joon Sung always used his heart to learn and know about Min Joo. In episode 8, he told Suk Jin what he had learned about her.
      『敏珠是個健康又堅強的人．
         雖然沒見過幾次，但能感覺出她是經過怎樣的痛苦在堅強生活．
         第一次對某個人有那種感覺，不覺得認識得時間長就能培養出這種感覺．
         不卑微，不驕傲，有缺點也不去努力隱瞞，
         也不是耍小聰明的人．讓遇到好父母而滋潤生活的我汗顏．
         說生活可能有些誇張，
         感覺敏珠在誠實地與生活鬥爭，
         拋去虛假和裝飾， `
         干脆穿著舒服的衣服和運動鞋，走到寬敞馬路就盡情奔跑，
         走到崎嶇小道就拼搏著，
         如此堅定行走的人．
      希望敏珠成為我的人，

Is it strange? She had been with Joon Sung for a while and their relationship was boyfriend and girlfriend. How come she knew so little about his personality? His family's affairs had always been in the news. She's in the broadcasting business. It would be so easy for her to find all the information. Is it possible that she did not care Joon Sung enough to learn about him and his family?

Joon Sung always thought about her and found time to call or to see her. He always considered and concerned about her feelings and her 自尊心.

In episode 10, Joon Sung called her to see if she had lunch already. He asked if he did not call, would she ever initiate to call him. The next day, she sent a text message to him asking if he had dinner already.

There is no textbook or school in this world to teach us how to love or care for someone. Caring and loving are something you do naturally. You don't need to be told or to be reminded of to do so.

      還顧全敏珠的自尊，

  Here is another example that showed he was always concerned about her feelings.

      俊成去珠寶店挑戒指，
      店員給他拿的盡是那些豪華的鑽石戒指．
      俊成也很想給套上正式的訂婚戒指，但他不想讓她有太大的負擔．
      |他現在要的只是她認真考慮和他結婚的問題，
      得到她的承諾後他才可以帶她去見母親．
      俊成終於看上了一對式樣比較典雅低調的情侶戒指，
      店員對他不是來挑婚戒而是情侶戒指也感到驚奇．

I wonder how much Min Joo cared about Joon Sung's feelings? Yes, she had a bad day. First, Joon Sung's mother gave her only 2 choices: to break up with her son or to marry him. Later, Min Joo was insulted and was told that it was Joon Sung who asked the clothing store's owner to help her. When she arrived home, she saw Joon Sung there. How could she raise her voice and talk to him like that? Did she ever consider his feelings, his 自尊心, and his good intention to help her?

Actually she had a good opportunity to let him go. In episode 7, Joon Sung told her that if she and the man in her heart loved each other, then he would stop his activities to win her heart. At that time, she could have just lied by telling Joon Sung that this was the case. But, she did not do that. Yes, in the beginning episodes, she did try to let him understand that she was not interested in him. Yet, even after she had accepted him, she still had many chances to stop their relationship. How could she accuse him?

She should be the one to know Joon Sung, to learn about his family, to find a bridge to connect the 2 different worlds. Don't blame Suk Jin for not advising her about Joon Sung's family.

PART 11

Did she make herself believe that she was a victim of an uncontrollable environment? Yes, she had no control of the fact that she and Joon Sung met because of a car accident. But she had control over what happened later. She did not have to accept him. In fact, she's the one to be blamed, because she did not want to pass the opportunity to be loved by MR. PERFECT PRINCE.

It seems that excuse and reason are the same. But what you do with each is what makes them different. She was a weak person that liked to make excuses. He was a strong person that dealt with reason. A reason is a purpose for which something is done; usually with good intent. A reason is accepting responsibility. An excuse is avoidance of responsibility. He was in this relationship because he had chosen her to be the woman that he loved. He was willing to take all the responsibilities, to fight the battles, to protect Min Joo. He also had the courage to face the consequences. After she was rejected by Suk Jin she began to see how much Joon Sung loved her. She then accepted him. She had no confidence in their relationship. We could see that every time she moved 1 step ahead, she would look back 5 steps and wondered maybe she should stop this relationship. She should take responsibility and to face the consequence for every choice that she had made.

Yes, she had never asked him to love her or to do things for her. She had been spoiled and received his pouring love. Could she at least try to see things from his point of view?

She put her 自尊心 aside and compromised in order to marry him. It seemed that the reasons to marry Joon Sung were: she did not want to lose him, she wanted her family to live a better life, and she thought that she loved him even though she was not sure whether she really loved him or she loved him because of his 條件 .

I have no doubt that some day, she will love him strong enough to break all the barriers and they will be able to hold hands again.

I put all my ill-feelings toward Min Joo into a box and buried that box in a corner of my heart. I am ready to start watching episode 19 and the rest episodes.

這是我在看完了前18集之後對敏珠的想法.

敏珠對鍚鎮的感情

假如你愛上了某人，你會關注他，表現出你對他感興趣，關心他身邊所發生的每一件事情，
尊重和信任那個人的意見和無時無刻都希望能和他一起．

敏珠留意到鍚鎮在選拔新聞主播時喝了四杯黑咖啡．後來，她便向他建議喝茶比喝咖啡好．

當她在電視台遇見鍚鎮的女兒和後來在公園再碰見時，敏珠的表現很熱心．

在第８集，俊成和敏珠過了開心的一天後，俊成送她回家．
當敏珠知道俊成是和鍚鎮在通話後，她的面部表情由平靜忽然變得驚訝．

在偷聽到鍚鎮和同事談起鍚鎮相親的事情，敏珠便不停的望向鍚鎮，留心他們的說話．
之後，在他們坐車的時候，敏珠問他為什麼對相親的對象不感興趣．
她似乎對鍚鎮的感情生活過度關心了．

敏珠對鍚鎮對她的批評和態度都很看重．
如果他說的是負面的說話，那麼她便會失去信心意志消沉．
假如是正面的鼓勵說話，她的心情一下子便會好轉過來．

她曾在不同的場合對她應否繼續和俊成交往的事情，徵詢過鍚鎮的意見．
在第９集，當她在大堂看到鍚鎮在等她時，表現出很高興的樣子．
但在發現俊成出現在他們面前時，她的表情立刻變成失望和不高興的樣子．

在前面的集數中，鍚鎮明確的告訴說出什麼時候他會在天台，他在的時候他不想看見她在場．
但是她總是在那些時間來到天台希望會碰上他．

敏珠向鍚鎮表示她的感情

在第６集，敏珠向好朋友談到有一個男人來敲她的心．
那個男人說假如她心內沒有其他的男人，他想敲開她的心扉．
可是她覺得有另一個男人像貓一樣，已靜靜的把她的心偷了．

常言道酒後吐真言．
敏珠那次喝醉讓鍚鎮感覺到她對他有特別的感情．
不過，第二天他便拒絕了她說他不會愛上比他少１０年的人，強調說他只是她的前輩．

有一天，敏珠帶著一杯茶給鍚鎮來到天台希望會碰見他．
她問他前天為什麼想見她．因為鍚鎮一直在談俊成和他家人的事，她顯得不耐煩了．
當鍚鎮向她解釋俊成對她是如何的真誠，她便不高興和生氣了．
鍚鎮強調假如他對她有什麼想法的話，他會掩藏起來，而敏珠回應他說她也會這樣做．
她宣稱俊成是白馬王子的模範，她計劃要和他一起了．

敏珠對俊成的感情

在首幾集中，敏珠並不喜歡這兩個男人．
鍚鎮對她不好時她會不高興，但是和俊成一起的時候，她對他的態度是鄙視．
後來當他們的關係改善了，她對鍚鎮眼神和她望著他背影的神情總是深沉．
但是她從沒有用這樣的眼神望向俊成．

在第十三集，敏珠的好友在知道她對奎成計劃進入政界和收養了一名小孩的事情毫不知情時，
問她到底對俊成了解多少．
敏珠回答她說俊成樣貌英俊，學歷高，出身富有家庭．

〔我對敏珠這樣回答她的朋友很失望．
她忘了那天她和俊成在渡輪上，他提起過他有一個姐姐在美國嗎？
她也忘了他說過他喜歡音樂嗎？〕

俊成總是用心去了解敏珠．
在第８集，他向鍚鎮說出他對敏珠有多了解．

她和俊成一起一段時間了，是男女朋友的關係．她對他的了解只有這麼多嗎？
金家的消息不斷出現在新聞報導上．
她的本業是傳媒，要找出他和他家人的底細不會有何難呀？
會不會是她沒有在意的去找呢？
俊成總是記掛著她，擠出時間來打電話給她或是去見她．
他總是為她設想，關心她的感受和自尊心．

在第１０集，俊成打電話給她問她吃了午飯了嗎．
他問她是不是他不打電話給她，她就不會主動打給他．
第二天，她傳了一個短訊給他問他吃了晚飯了嗎．

世上沒有任何書本或學校，教人有關愛情和如何去關心別人．
關愛別人是人類的本性，不需要學習或是別人的提點．

我們可從這個例子看出俊成如何顧及敏珠的感受．

從另一個例子也可以看出他總是關心她的感受．

到底敏珠對俊成的感受有多少關心？

她那天非常難受．
首先，俊成媽只給她二個選擇，一是和她兒子分手，一是和他結婚．
後來敏珠從她討厭的前輩那兒知道是俊成請求服裝店老闆贊助她的服裝，而感到羞辱．
當她回到家中看到俊成在，她怎能向他大聲呼喝？
她有考慮過他的自尊心，他是好意想幫她的嗎？

她怎能對他這樣說：
『從一開始我就沒有選擇的權利，
所有都是按照你的想法做的不是嗎？
如果你不是一個條件太好的男人，
我可能也不會走到現在這一步，
這一點我現在才知道．
我的回答可以了嗎？』

事實上她有過很好的機會拒絕他．
在第７集，俊成告訴她假如她和她心中的男人是相愛的話，他會停止追求她．
在那個時候，她大可以說謊說就是那樣．但是她並沒有這樣做．
在開始的數集中，她是曾嘗試拒絕他說她對他沒有興趣．
但在她接受了他後，她仍是有許多機會中止他們的關係．
她怎能以此責怪他？

她才應該是那個去了解俊成和他的家人，
為了把她和他的世界接合起來而努力的人．
而不是責怪鍚鎮事前沒有警告過她．

她是自以為自己才是這個失控的狀況的受害人嗎？
她是沒法控制她和俊成因車禍而相遇的事情，
但她有辦法控制後來發生的事情，她可以拒絕他．
事實上，她才是錯的一方，因為她不想錯過被白馬王子愛上的機會．

藉口和理由表面看來都是一樣的．但是如何去解說便會有不同的結果．
她是個軟弱的人喜以藉口來逃避．
他意志堅強，是以理性處事的人．
理由是本著好意來處事，理由是以接受責任為目的．
藉口只是用來逃避責任．
他走到這個地步因為他選擇了她為他的女人．
他願意承擔一切責任，不惜一切去爭取她，去保護她．
他有勇氣面對任何後果．

而敏珠在鍚鎮拒絕了她後，開始發覺俊成有多麼愛她，於是她接受了他．
但她對他們的關係並沒有信心，
我們可以看到每次她向前進一步．便會向後回望五步，考慮是不是應該退出．
她應該為自己的每一個抉擇承擔責任和面對後果．

她是從沒有向俊成要求他愛她或為她做事．
她只是驕縱的接受了他的傾盡一切的愛．
她起碼應該嘗試從他的角度去看待事情？

她放下自尊心答應嫁給他．
看來她會答應婚事是基於以下理由：
她不想失去他，
她希望她的家人可以過好一點的生活，
就算她沒法肯定她是否真的愛他，但以他那樣好的條件，她希望她是愛上了他．

我沒懷疑日後她對他愛會強烈到打破一切障礙，他們可以再次走到一起．
我會先放下我對敏珠的一切惡感，把它深埋到心中的一個角落．
現在，我準備好去看第１９集和以後的集數了．

I agree with what you said:

         看劇的時候 ,我認為保護自己並能確保自己豐收的方式 ,是隨時準備調整自己的心態 .
比方說 ,當我為敏珠對俊成的愛有所質疑時, 我便找到移轉自己的立足點 .是成為俊成的母親的眼睛 .如果有一天 ,你的孩子帶回來一個他告訴你深愛的女子 ,身為母親的你要怎麼處理你的心事呢 ?這是個對你自己很好的命題 ,是俊成送給你的禮物 .

For the past few weeks, I have not protected myself because I got myself emotionally involved.

The hardest thing to do is  隨時準備調整自己的心態.

Did you know that I have a son? Joon Sung really has given me a gift - a learning opportunity. To learn is to acquire knowledge or skill for our personal development so that we are able to make judgment and solve problems. Hopefully, someday I will have the chance to shout out loud and thank you and Joon Sung for helping me handle that challenge.

於是 ,那個幫俊成看見她行為的我們 ,前昔所壓下的信心喪失 ,又始於憂心忡忡 ,深恐他不知情而仍陷在一條單獨的愛情之路裡 .
我們將以此反反覆覆 ,反反覆覆 .不知道你是否察覺到原因 ?
因為我們也正在愛著 .

We can see a clear picture because we are outsiders. Since her best friend did not know Joon Sung and Suk Jin, she should be the best person to give Min Joo advice. Min Joo knew that Joon Sung and Suk Jin used to be good friends. For some reason that she wasn't aware of, these 2 men had become distant. However, because of her, these men were getting closer again. Suk Jin had told Min Joo he would prefer to stay away from Joon Sung. Why did she keep on getting Suk Jin involved in her relationship with Joon Sung? The closer Min Joo and Suk Jin got, the more dangerous it will be for Suk Jin. They both worked in the same place, sooner or later people would look at their relationship as scandalous.

I like the way how you described LOVE; it's so imaginative and pretty:

You know, there are so many things that we take for granted. For example, we don't see air but we need oxygen to live. If we are locked in a room with all the windows and doors closed- after a short time- we will realize that we can't breathe, since there is no air.

Everyone likes to be loved. Sometimes we don't treasure love until we are going to lose it or have already lost it.

Min Joo got used to Joon Sung's unconditional love. At that moment, she suddenly realized that she did not want to lose him.
