AAE Recap – Monday’s Episode (May 23, 2005)
The newly revamped “The Morning of Eve” was very well-received and ratings rivaled JBS’ TV station’s Morning Show. Kenneth invited everyone to a gathering at the holiday resort. At the karaoke lounge, he was pulled on stage to perform a song. On the stage, he thanked everyone for their hard work and offered to sing a love song “I will give you all”.As he belted out the song, everyone stared in awe of his good vocals Choi dropped his chips while the rest opened their mouths. They were stunned that he sings better than a professional singer. Director Yun didn’t fade on stage even though he works behind the scenes. All wore a sheepish expression. Erika looked at him and wondered if he knows everything. He was capable than normal men in all areas but why did he like Nicole? She was jealous at the way that they looked at each other. Nicole herself knew that song was Kenneth’s way of professing his love for her. Watching him sing with such deep emotions, she felt very touched and smiled sweetly.
Later, at their hotel suites, Kenneth called Nicole, “I really miss you… But it’s already too late now…” He had wanted so much to see her! He had a slight headache from drinking too much but was still in very high spirits. Soon after he hanged up the phone, the doorbell rang. It was Erika. He tried to close the door on her but she said she had work matters to discuss with him and couldn’t wait till the next day. Kenneth had no choice but to let her in.
At this time, Nicole decided to bring some medicine over to Kenneth. As she reached his suite, she was shocked to see Erika walk into his room. As she saw Erika enter Kenneth’s room, the truth suddenly dawned on Nicole. Erika’s new target was Kenneth! She had dumped Warren to go after Kenneth! Nicole was shocked at this discovery.
Inside Kenneth’s suite, he asked Erika calmly, “What is it that you wish to speak to me about? Everytime Ms. Erika has something to speak to me, I would feel afraid.” Erika expressed her wish to resign, “I’m a tough and vicious woman, but after breaking up with Warren, I feel very bad whenever I face you…” She lowered her eyelids and continued sadly, “Even though I know you only had eyes for Nicole, I couldn’t stop myself from being attracted to you… “ Perhaps under the influence of his headache, Kenneth wasn’t in the mood to deal with Erika today. He looked at her coldly, “Am I responsible for your break up with Warren?” Erika was shocked by his words. She tried to say something but Kenneth continued, “I’ll just be plain saying with you. Have I ever said or done anything to you which I should be responsible for? If yes, I’ll bear the responsibility!” “True love can’t be forced. At least, the person I love won’t expect the same feelings from the person she loves, even though it’s unrequited love, she will only have blessings for him and hold no grudges.” Other than Nicole, he had no place for anyone else in his heart! “I respect you as an invaluable talent to the company, Ms. Erika. Other than this, I can’t do anything more. Can you accept this result?” Faced with Kenneth’s blunt rejection, Erika felt utterly embarr***ed and left. Kenneth didn’t even send her out but Allan and Choi’s Senior happened to see this.
Nicole spent a sleepless night, troubled over the complex relationship among the four of them. The next morning, she was shocked to see Kenneth and Erika sharing the same lift. Kenneth smiled to her. Seeing that she had no intention of coming into the lift, he pulled her in to his side before the lift door closed. What’s wrong with Nicole? He asker her, “Did you have a good sleep?” “Yes…” Nicole managed weakly and posed the same question to Erika. Erika answered coldly, “Couldn’t get to sleep for the whole night!” Hearing this, Nicole’s expression changed. She thought that both spent the night together. She rushed out once the lift door opened. Kenneth was puzzled. Wasn’t she just fine last night? Why was she in such a hurry to avoid him today?
Allan told Judith about Erika. He asked Judith to talk to Erika since Erika was her junior. Judith noticed that Erika was so interested about Kenneth nowadays, She then asked Erika if Warren and her were no longer together and even asked the reason for their split up. Erika frankly told Judith that she didn’t want anybody to interfere with her private matters.
When Nicole met up with Kenneth later, she couldn’t help but asked him, “The one whom Erika likes… is you, right? Why didn’t you tell me she had been hinting her feelings at you?” Nicole knew about it? Kenneth replied, “Is it really that important? I don’t feel anything at all.” Nicole raised her voice, “It is important to me!” She turned her face away, “Last night, I saw her entering your room…” That explained her weird actions this morning! Looking at her nervous reaction, Kenneth felt unusually happy and laughed. Nicole looked so sweet even when she’s jealous. “What are you laughing at?” How could he still laugh when she’s feeling so troubled? “This feeling’s great!” Kenneth couldn’t stop the grin on his face, “You are jealous!” But Nicole wasn’t prepared to admit. He regarded her with gentleness, “Do you want me to explain? Want to hear?” But Nicole was already feeling very confused and sad, “No need. Warren and Erika… myself and Senior… what should I do?” Kenneth sensed her insecurity. Looking straight into her eyes, he said, “What should you do? It’s not complicated at all. All you need to do is to look and walk straight towards me…” “Don’t look anywhere else,” he emphasized. He didn’t want her to walk any other way, except into his arms….
Cielo was talking to Erika and asked Erika how was her relationship with Judith. Erika told Cielo that she didn’t want to hear Judith’s name and she hates Judith very much. Cielo was so surprised when Erika told her that Judith was like a bubble gum. Cielo thought that Erika was too much to treat Judith as a chewing gum which is useless after chewing. The chewing gum would glue to a person's body if not wrapped properly
In the make-up room, Nicole confronted Erika. “You did it because of Kenneth. You deserted Warren because of Kenneth. Am I right?” Erika replied, “It has nothing to do with you.” Nicole answered back, “You want to snatch what's mine again?” Erika was so surpised that Nicole was becoming smarter. Nicole told Erika sharply, “No means no! You had better give up. Kenneth isn't the weak sort like Warren. Upon hearing this, Erika asked Nicole, “Are you worried about me? Just be frank. You don't want me to snatch him away from you!” Nicole angrily replied, “That's right. I cannot let you do it!” . Erika sarcastically answered her, “Really? This is getting more and more fun!” Looking at Erika’s face, Nicole seriously replied, “ I have no wish to use him to play games with you!” But Erika would not give up, she answered back, “Use him? He's so important to you that you refuse to use him to play games? OK. I won't play games. We'll bet our lives on it. Kenneth is worth it. It's definitely not within your abilities. No matter whether it's Kenneth or Warren, you can't hold a candle to me.” Erika then stood up and left Nicole.
In Warren’s house, Warren was asked by her mother to date other girls so that he would forget Erika. Warren didn’t like the idea but her mother kept insisting. Her mother even told her that it’s better if Nicole would be the one but it’s useless now since Nicole already had a boyfriend. Upon hearing this, Warren got angry with his mother and even asked her to stop treating Nicole like a toy. |

我觉得目前很多剧的恶女2都不及她演的到位
