思雅 did ask about her mom when she first met her father. But her father asked her to forget about this person. As for why 思雅's father did not tell who her mother
was, my speculation is that he thought 在宇's mother was 思雅's mother. In the short preview of Ep.17, 东振mom's was crying over her dead child, so even she did not
know 思雅 is her child. And 在宇's mother tricked 思雅's father to marry her by pretending to be pregnanted by him (and she stole 思雅 from her real mom) . That's
why the grandmother gave away 思雅 when all their money were stolen by 在宇's mother. So, the only one who know 思雅's 身細 should be 在宇's mother.
