Lie To Me E14

There had better be some more skinship sometime soon before this drama ends – I swear this new writer seems to enjoy testing our patience and keeps teasing us. People wonder why I kept this drama and it’s a simple answer: undeniable chemistry - the kind you can’t look away from -the one that makes you look at the screen and question – “was that acting just now or did they seem to be sharing a moment right there.” Even if a certain episode seems slow, when AJ and K come out, they keep you glued to every word and action and that is how I ended up here – at E14 with a week left to go.
* help I need more Chinese translations and this time it’s more serious cuz Chen’s wife spoke too

Lie To Me E14

Starts from AJ confessing her lie, reporters ask why she lied and she starts to explain that she wanted to be a woman who married someone rich to her friend and in front of chen she pretended to be K’s wife- since the rumor had started, K couldnt tell chen the truth then. it was all my fault and not K’s fault at all. why did K go along with it- she says she was scared and wrote a contract to keep it a secret. they ask about the contract and shove closer. she drops her phone and reporters step on it while K called
H tells K what is going on. K asks if AJ has been caught as part of the lie and H says she hasnt yet. the aunt calls and says AJ told the reporters that she told the lie. aunt tells him to come to her right now. K yells for the driver to turn the car around even tho H said K needs to meet the aunt.K is crying
P asks why AJ did that. P asks if AJ thought about her situation. P tells AJ to take their car but AJ says she will take a cab.they return her phone and P tells the body guards to get a cab for her and not let reporters bother AJ
in the cab AJ thinks back to all their past moments.
K is calling her from her neighborhood and cant get thru. he drives off just as her cab pulls up.
K goes to their bench and calls again. AJ is sitting around her home somewhere. she checks her phone and looks at all the messages and calls she missed. she doesnt answer her phone. K sees the paper and AJ is on the cover.
AJ is walking towards their bench and sees K walking towards her. K cries and asks if she ate. she asks if he had a good trip. he asks if she had been well. she cries and says yes I was well. they are both crying. he hugs her.
AJ’s dad read the paper. AJ comes out. he asks if she was able to sleep. she asks if he saw the paper. he says of course. she says sorry for disappointing him – and not to trust the paper. he talks about how truth isnt revealed well. he thinks it’s true that K is not a bad person. he asks if he is right. she asks how he knows that. he says cuz K drank well. she says since her dad is a lawyer he should look for proof. he hugs her
SR hears the news about AJ. she calls JB over to watch the news with her. he asks if she saw. he says how AJ came and he says a lawyer has to keep privacy. SR tries to call and he tells her not to.
AJ’s coworkers are in shock and cant believe this. AJ shows up. she apologizes to them. boss asks to speak to her alone. he says she should have told him first and asks what happened. he tells her to say everything in detail. she says she will quit and take responsibility. he says the minister will contact her so she should be ready
minister says their homepage is down. he says he heard she resigned and wants her to explain it all but she says she has nothing to say and says sorry. he says this is her last chance and lists all the stuff that will happen to her. she says it’s ok if that happens to her
aunt shows K all the damage. K asks her to wait on chen. aunt says AJ is something else. he jumps to conclusion that his aunt gave money to AJ and made her do this so the aunt gets mad. he says sorry. aunt says K isnt the K she raised
AJ packs her box and leaves and SR is there
SR asks why AJ resigned. SR says if she gets fired here AJ wont be able to get married. she asks if K is taking responsibility and not hiding behind a woman’s skirt. AJ asks about JB’s help. missed something here. AJ laughs it off and says she wont read the internet. she isnt even celebrity and has anitfans
K orders P to gather reporters so he can tell them the truth but P wont do it. P lists all the ppl K is in charge of- with one word from him they will all be affected – all cuz of one woman he wants to protect. he says if he doesnt AJ will be hurt. P says she wants him to be cowardly – if he cant then he doesnt deserve to be president. she tells him to just do nothing. K throws things in anger
AJ goes to see SH with her box. he asks what that is. he asks if she got fired. SH offers to cheer her up. he sings and it’s bad so she laughs. he asks if his singing cheered her up. he says she must not like K right now. but she says she isnt hurt and wont be hurt in the future cuz she doesnt have regret. K calls her. he asks where she is. she asks if he isnt working. he says he can play whenever cuz he is president
AJ brings her box saying she has him (a guy who is prosperous) and wants to rest. he says if she wanted to quit it’s one thing but since she cant work cuz of him he cant put up with it.
K and AJ hold hands and stand in the middle of ppl. she asks how much longer they have to stand here. he says a little longer. he says he is doing this so ppl will see. he gets up higher and yells he loves this woman. I love this woman a lot. I- HKJ truly loves her. when I am not with her I miss her t death. ppl take pics and it’s on the internet
YJ watches a video clip of K yelling all that and cries.
reporters are at K’s office and H says K is in a meeting and wont do interviews. since H is the secretary they question H. H says he doesnt know K’s personal life.
K asks if the festival preparation is going ok. she shows him the paper and asks if he thought of that. he keeps talking about work. this way AJ wont get hurt and stuff she says. he says he couldnt help it cuz AJ made him crazy. P says K always makes P learn from him. K asks to talk to her later outside of the office
SR says AJ’s problems are over. they are getting manicure and workers recognize AJ. SR says AJ got the best guy in korea yelling he loves AJ. SR takes credit saying that she linked them cuz AJ lied cuz of SR. SR says AJ owes her an outfit
K and P meet outside. he says he called her as a friend. she asks if he likes it that he can date and work. she guesses he loves AJ a lot. she asks what he likes about her. he says she is honest, feels like he is living feeling stuff with his heart – like he is living in a different world. P tells him to love with his heart and not his head. she tells him to go into AJ’s world and other stuff and he says she is a good friend
AJ and K meet up and ppl watch them. he asks if she wants to see a movie or eat. she says a guy should decide on a date. she thinks ppl recognize them. he says he is going to do it more next time so no other guy hangs around them
they are in the car. he asks if it bothers her ppl recognize them. she says she wanted to date and hold hands. he asks if he should quit too. she says how could he when he earns so much. he asks if she likes him or his job and she says both. he makes a pouty face so she says he is cute
next morning he wakes her and says let’s go work out. he is wearing his hoodie up and makes her wear her hoodie. she cant hike and he makes a comment about her weak health. she wants water and he says she cant use her hands-her hand is him and he gets behind her to help her drink. ppl recognize K and they compliment AJ saying she needs to be good to K.
K and AJ are wearing sunglasses and hats and hoodie. she asks how much longer they need to do this when they arent celebrities. kids recognize them anyway
YJ meets park. he takes her to a park. he says if daughters want to meet they usually have a favor. she asks him to understand and tells him what she wants
aunt goes to see K. she mentions there is a meeting tm and K is in trouble cuz of what he did with chen and making their stocks drop
AJ is getting questioned about K and questions have to do with the fact that K’s hotel was used in the past
K’s meeting is going on too.
AJ is asked if she was dating K and chose preference to world hotel and she says she didnt do that. she is asked if she is in love with K.
K’s meeting is not going well
AJ is asked the same thing again and she answers she is in love with K
P enters and says chen agreed to invest. aunt asks if that is true and P says she got a fax and they spoke to chen’s side. chen will come in two days. K is relieved and everyone claps
AJ sits on the bench. she remembers what she was asked and answering that she loves K. K shows up and says he doesnt like that pic of him. he says something good happened to him. she says that’s good for him but something bad happened to her. she tells him and says she has to wait for an answer cuz they havent decided to fire her yet. he tells her that chen’s investment came thru and she is happy. he says cuz of her he got the investment but cuz of him she might get fired. she says that is why he has to be good to her. he says let’s go. and she asks where cuz he is always saying let’s go
K goes and says he was wrong to her dad. her dad asks if K knows what he is supposed to be sorry for. he says there is a line of guys asking for his daughter. she tells her dad to stop lying. for someone’s sake losing what they want- he is proud of K and AJ. he says how his daughter will keep changing from the girl who lied. K thanks him and says they have to drink again for the second time. he tells K to make appetizers and K looks for the kitchen.
K is drunk and cant walk. she asks if he is ok. he says he is goodlooking, has manners and is responsible. H comes to pick him up and K hugs H. K asks if H knows his heart and tells H to wait in the car. H tells them to have fun. K takes a deep breath and pushes AJ against the bush and says: you are mine. be mine- everyone knows about us and you are going to turn me down? she asks if he is proposing. he says he has dibs on her and she is his. H helps K in the car. K hugs her thru the window saying she is his. AJ mutters he is gross
AJ tells her stuffed animal – GAJ you are mine
chen and K and the aunt are signing the papers. they shake hands after the signing. aunt says something about chain hotels. K says he wont disappoint chen. chen says something. K thanks him. chen says more. K says he will be sure to go.
K tells AJ that chen’s wife wants to see her. she asks how she can go there when she is jobless. he says why cant she when she is this pretty. she thinks about having a coffee shop and he says he will get her one. she says she will get one with her own strength.
she tries to pick out something to wear
chen says something again. YJ’s parents and the aunt are there. park invited some reporter to meet chen. chen’s wife says hit to AJ. chen says something and AJ says hello to chen. the wife hugs AJ and says stuff. AJ says something back. no clue what anyone is saying here. AJ said she didnt do anything. thank you for inviting me. the aunt glares at AJ. AJ says hello to the aunt. aunt motions to see K.
aunt asks what happened and gets mad that K brought chen. K says that chen wanted to see AJ. she says YJ’s parents are here.
reporter asks how AJ feels about becoming world hotel CEO’s wife. K asks if the guy is interviewing AJ now. he asks how she feels being a cinderella suddenly. K says that question should be directed at him cuz of her he became a prince. park laughs and takes the reporter away. AJ gets a call. she gets a call about her job. she has been fired. K asks what the call was and she says sorry and says she has to leave first. she trips and ice sculptures fall. she says sorry and cries. K goes after her and she is barefoot. she stops when he calls and then keeps running

* just to clarify – even tho she wrote that resignation letter the minister got her another chance by meeting with the board (those old men) and if they could clear her of any wrongdoing (like showing preferential treatment towards world hotel cuz of K) she might have been able to work somewhere else-ther than where she was working, but with this decision I am guessing she cant be a civil servant again. she knew it was coming but I think she was hoping for better news |
